Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using LiftScoreIQ.com (the "Service") operated by PingYo, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
LiftScoreIQ is a credit improvement subscription service that provides members with access to:
- Credit score monitoring and tracking dashboard
- Identity protection tools and alerts
- Credit builder tools and guidance
- Debt analysis and reduction planning
- Personalized credit improvement recommendations
Credit report data and related tools are provided through third-party data partners, including Array. The accuracy and completeness of credit data is subject to the policies of those providers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Free Trial and Subscription
Summary: You get a 7-day free trial. A $1 authorization hold is placed at signup to verify your payment method — this is not a charge and is released immediately. Your first payment of $19.99 is charged on day 8 of your trial.
Free Trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged the subscription fee.
Authorization Hold. At the time of signup, we place a temporary $1.00 authorization hold on your payment method to verify that your card is valid and active. This is not a charge — the hold is released immediately and no funds are transferred to us.
Subscription Fee. After your 7-day free trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at $19.99 per month. Your first monthly charge will be processed on day 8 of your trial period.
Recurring Billing. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date as your first paid charge. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
4. Cancellation
During the trial: You may cancel at any time during the 7-day trial period. If you cancel before day 8, you will not be charged. Your access to the Service will end immediately upon cancellation during the trial.
After the trial: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard or by contacting support@liftscoreiq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date and will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days.
5. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@liftscoreiq.com within 30 days of the charge.
6. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@liftscoreiq.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Share your account credentials with any third party
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Service without our express written permission
- Use the Service to commit fraud or misrepresent your identity to any credit bureau or lender
8. Data and Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.
We share certain data with our service providers, including Stripe (for payment processing) and Array (for credit data services). These providers are bound by their own privacy and security policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that credit scores or recommendations will result in any particular outcome. Credit improvement results vary by individual.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PingYo, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
